Hello, I'm Scott Rezendes and for the third time in 12 years, I'll be walking the famed Camino de Santiago in France and Spain. This ancient pilgrimage route, also known as the Way of St. James, has been a sacred and popular path for centuries, attracting pilgrims and travelers from all walks of life.

This blog will serve as a virtual diary of my trek, allowing friends, family, and fellow travel enthusiasts to join every step of the way with photography, journal entries, and a map tracking my progress through diverse landscapes and villages that make up the Camino. The Camino de Santiago is not just a physical journey; it's also a personal and spiritual one and as I walk 500 plus miles, I hope to share the connections with the people and places we encounter. The Camino has a way of stripping away the distractions of modern life, allowing one to focus on what truly matters, today, and the moment of time we are living. So whether you're a seasoned pilgrim yourself, dreaming of embarking on the Camino one day, or simply enjoy armchair travel from the comfort of your home, I invite you to join me on this adventure. The Camino de Santiago awaits, and I can't wait to share it with you. Maybe you'll be inspired to do the same in your life!
